Little did I know Publications was such a big deal until now. A SFC manages publications for his aviation unit, he suggested we create a publications database.
I thought pubs NCOs was just an additional duty and would make a good add on for a database, but this NCO made a valid argument for a separate smaller database specifically for publications. He manages a large number of publications with sub account holders and really needs a better management tool.
We at ArmyDatabase.com value the suggestions by our members and thanks to this NCO, we will be developing a publications database that will manage publications for any unit no matter the size.
