You can add more duties than just the 24 hour duties. You can create a clean up roster for the barracks personnel if you wish. Same concept as the duty roster but this is for the different personnel. Why worry about the barracks NCO to do it. You can create the duty roster for each floor in the barracks. Then your barracks NCO can make sure the work is completed.
